Auberge Saint Pastous

Vegetarian Bed and Breakfast

Passionate that vegetarian food should be full of flavour, texture and interest, as good to eat as it is for your health, we welcome all  of a like mind, (and the sceptics), to try our cooking.  David holds the Cordon Vert Diploma from The Vegetarian Society (UK) and has developed his style using influences from all the best vegetarian cuisine around the world.  He is enthusiastic about local food and markets, adapting traditional recipes and ingredients to be meat and fish free.  Organic ingredients are favoured where possible and a certain number grown in the garden.
